Andrea Martinez

As Finance Manager, Andrea helps ensure Green Our Planet has the strong financial foundation it needs to grow its impact. Since joining the organization in 2022 as Finance Manager, she has overseen budgeting, revenue, expenses, billing, contracts, and financial reporting, while supporting grant management and serving as a liaison with the board.

Among Andrea’s proudest accomplishments is helping Green Our Planet complete a clean financial audit with zero findings—a reflection of the care, accuracy, and accountability she brings to her work. And while much of her role happens behind the scenes, she’s equally willing to jump in where needed, from supporting school events to delivering program materials.

Before Green Our Planet, Andrea worked in Human Resources at Circa Hotel & Casino, where she helped develop processes and hire hundreds of employees as the new resort prepared to open.

Family is at the heart of Andrea’s life. As the oldest of six siblings, she feels a deep responsibility to care for the people who have cared for her—a perspective captured in her personal philosophy, “love all, love deeply.” In her free time, she enjoys reading and taking road trips.
