As Green Our Planet’s Senior HR Coordinator, she guides the employee experience from recruiting and onboarding through professional development and beyond, while overseeing the essential systems—from payroll and benefits to policies and performance management—that help the organization and its people thrive.

Since joining Green Our Planet in 2024, Diamond has focused on creating thoughtful processes, training resources, and engagement initiatives that help colleagues feel heard, valued, and set up for success. Her approach is grounded in a simple principle inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.: doing what’s right is always worth doing.

Before Green Our Planet, Diamond spent seven years with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? as People & Culture Manager and deepening her belief that supportive systems can make a meaningful difference in the workplace experience.
