What if there was a place where innovation, education, and community came together to make the planet a little greener every day? That’s the dream behind the Green Our Planet Compassionate Gardens, our new headquarters opening in spring 2026.
Since the pandemic began, our team has been working from home, except for when we come together for Giant Student Farmers Markets, school garden refreshes, and our annual company retreat. But soon, we’ll have a home base where we can work, grow, and connect every day.
A Space to Grow For Everyone
In January 2024, thanks to a grant secured by Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick, we purchased a former dental office in East Las Vegas. It’s been empty for two years, but soon, this 7,000-square-foot building will become a vibrant hub for our work and yours.
This isn’t just a headquarters for Green Our Planet. It’s a place for the community to gather, learn, and grow. Imagine:
A hydroponics lab where everyone can learn to grow food with 80% less water, perfect for desert living
A teaching kitchen for whipping up healthy meals with fresh, local ingredients
A community garden where you can see the beauty of nature and even take home fresh veggies
An outdoor classroom for workshops on growing fruits and vegetables right in your backyard
A film studio and classroom where we’ll share what we learn with local students and create content for schools across the country
We’ll also partner with local nonprofit organizations, to distribute produce from the garden and HydroLab to families in need.
Why a Headquarters Matters
The Compassionate Gardens will let us dream bigger and do more. By 2033, we’re aiming to reach 10,000 schools, empower 100,000 teachers, and inspire 5 million students with hands-on STEM education through gardening and hydroponics.
But this space is about more than numbers. It’s about showing people–kids, teachers, neighbors–how connecting with nature can change lives. When we spend time in the garden, we’re not just growing plants; we’re growing healthier communities and a healthier planet.

What’s Next?
Thanks to a naming gift from a couple of amazing longtime donors, we’re breaking ground this spring. Renovations should wrap up by the end of 2025, and we’ll celebrate with a grand opening event for the community.
Until then, we’ll keep you updated with pictures and videos of our progress. We can’t wait to share this special space with you and show you how your support is making it all possible.
Together, we’re growing a greener future, one garden, one school, one community at a time. And we’d love for you to be part of it.
